Board of Directors

The board is made up of between three (3) and sixteen (16) directors who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who may serve three consecutive terms.

Terms of Reference

  1. Manage and direct the property and business of the Authority.
  2. Serve as a voting member of the Authority.
  3. Meet to consider the business affairs of the Authority at least once a year.
  4. Recommend to the general membership of the Authority, at the Annual General Meeting, approval of a course of action and budget, for the following year.
  5. Approve appropriate submissions, from the Authority's Committees, for activities to be undertaken and funds to be expended.
  6. Approve the Policies and Procedures for the authority as recommended by the Executive Committee.
  7. Solicit funds for and accept gifts to further the objectives of the Authority.
  8. Elect, from among its members, an Executive Committee.
